Alan Sugar made his millions in the 1980s as one of the first computer entrepreneurs. Since then he's amassed a property empire, and become a household name in the BBC series 'The Apprentice'. Last summer he was made Lord Sugar of Clapton, and appointed the Government's Enterprise Champion. So what does the job entail, what are the barriers to small business in the UK at the moment?
