Money intended for end of life care is being 'lost'.
Research by the charity Help the Hospices is claiming that the £286m pledged by the Governement for terminally ill patients is not reaching frontline health services. The money was pledged over two years ago as part of the End of Life Care Strategy but nine out of ten local health authorities say that they cannot identify their share.
