Liverpool's Museum Authority is opening a new building which they say will be the biggest new museum to be built in the UK for more than a century. Set in the city's historic dockland, it'll tell the story of the city from the stone age to The Beatles. But Liverpool's docks are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and some say the new project is out of keeping with the areas Edwardian architecture.
