The elite Norland College has been training women as nannies for over a century. Its recruits have found themselves in the employ of everyone from royalty to rock stars. But not once in its history has it had a male recruit - until now.

Norland College is really pushing the boat out for the 19-year-old, even designing a new uniform for him. And some people might say about time too. But would you employ a man to look after your young children? Or are we just inherently sexist when it comes to childcare?
Jenni talks to Dr Penelope Leach, the President of the National Childminding Association, and to Rebecca Abrams, author of The Daily Telegraph's Homing Instinct column.
