What makes you scream?

The number of people visiting the cinema to see horror films has doubled in the last three years and a lot of that increase is put down to the growing numbers of women going to see scary movies. So why have women traditionally been put off horror, why is it growing in popularity now and who are the great horror heroines? 

Jenni is joined by Maggie Fox and Sue Ryding from the comedy duo 'Lip Service' who are touring with their new show 'Horror for Wimps'. Also here will be the author of the Rough Guide to Horror, Alan Jones.
