On her new novel, Mozart's Sister

Next month is the 250th anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s birth. What few of us know is that there was another Mozart child prodigy – Wolfgang had an elder sister, Nannerl, who also played for the royal courts of Europe as a child.

So why were her achievements so quickly overshadowed by those of her younger brother Wolfgang? And what became of the other Mozart wunderkind?

Jenni is joined by Alison Bauld, who has written a novel based on her life.

Alison Bauld's novel, Mozart's Sister is published by Alcina Press, ISBN:0955071305
