Sign of a healthy imagination?
A recent study claims that more than half of children will have an imaginary friend by the age of seven. Are imaginary friends the sign of a healthy imagination or a worrying indicator of a lonely or introspective child?
Martha talks to Karen Majors, Educational Psychologist at Barking psychology service and a tutor at the Institute of Education and Liz, whose child had an imaginary friend.
