The singer talks about her career

Mari Wilson first arrived in the music world in the early 80's with her huge beehive hairdo and 12 piece band The Wilsations. She hit fame with records like Just what I've always wanted and Cry me a river. Later she changed direction towards jazz, forming her own quartet and her start in musicals such as Dusty the Musical and Taboo.

Martha Kearney talks to her about her career, her new album and her show Girltalk with Barb Jungr and Claire Martin, which has been described as "outrageously camp".
