Getting fit the Brazilian way

There can't be many evening classes where you can get fit, learn a new language, brush up your singing skills and play an instrument all at the same time. But now you can with Capoeira.

It's a mix of martial arts, dance, music and culture that was developed in Brazil by African slaves during the 16th century. Once considered a male dominated sport it's now sweeping UK gyms and becoming increasingly popular with women.

In north London, Master Sylvia Bazzarelli runs her own Capoeira school and is teaching a new generation of female Capoeiristas.

Anna Bailey went along to a class to meet them.
