A look at the increasingly popular exercise regime

Pilates is a form of exercise that's become as diverse and popular as yoga in recent years. But many people aren't quite sure what the difference is between the two.

The actress Stefanie Powers is a Pilates devotee and has been teaching us some of the basics. Last time, she impressed upon us how important it is to stand properly balanced and aligned.

This time reporter Sarah Woolman is shown which exercises work the arms.

Powers Pilates: Stefanie Powers' Guide to Longevity and Well-being through Pilates is published by Gaia Books, ISBN 1-85675-199-6.
