How can housing design effect relationships with those around us?
Tonight the 2005 Housing Design Awards ceremony takes place at the Banqueting Hall, Whitehall.
The awards come under the authority of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and are a recognition of excellence in the design and planning of new homes. Established in 1948 by Aneurin Bevan, this is the first year when an historic award will be made to a team whose work has stood the test of time.
Claire Bennie, Research Manager at The Peabody Trust and Lesley Chalmers; chief executive of English Cities Fund join Jenni to discuss if the way we build our homes does affect the relationships we build with those around us?
