How to become a 'real lady'
At the beginning of June a group of five young women with piercings and provocative clothes entered finishing school at Eggleston Hall in County Durham. They drank, swore, belched and generally behaved badly for a programme called Ladette to Lady.
Hayley Brisland was the winner and one of the tutors was Rosemary Shrager. They join Jenni to talk about the process of becoming a 'real lady'.
