Have we become too informal?
The clothes we wear are under scrutiny again not only because of the hot weather and the resulting baring of flesh, but because some institutions are now introducing dress codes for the first time.
Is it a sign that we've become too informal and sloppy in the way we dress? Or are bare shoulders on women a sign of lack of professionalism?
