Polycystic ovarian syndrome and diet

Up to one in five women have polycystic ovaries
Between 2-3% of women have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which causes loss of periods, hairiness, acne and fertility problems.
Martha discusses whether there is any link between the syndrome and diet.
Many doctors think that if sufferers changed their diet they could significantly reduce the symptoms and possibly rid themselves of the syndrome.
