New Jewish cooking19 April 2005
The Jewish Passover begins next Saturday and is one of the most important religious festivals in the Jewish Calendar

For many Jewish people this is the busiest time of year as they clean, cook and prepare for eight days of feasting.

The highlight of the Passover festival takes place on the first two nights, when friends and family gather together for ritual Seder meals.

Cookery writer and Chef Denise Phillips talks Jenni through some traditional Passover recipes.

Denise's Kitchen

Passover Cooking: Spanish onion and almond soup
Passover Cooking: Sole filled with Salmon Mousseline served with a Tomato Compote
Passover Cooking: Chocolate Macaroon Cake
