How should schools tackle unruly behaviour in the classroom?
The issue of school discipline reached the top of the political agenda last week with both Labour and the Conservatives setting out what they would do to tackle poor conduct in the classroom.
Ruth Kelly, the Education Secretary called for schools to adopt a zero tolerance approach to misbehaviour while the Conservatives said they would make it easier for schools to exclude unruly pupils.
In the latest in our Winning Women's Votes campaign, Jenni discusses the issues with Clarissa Williams, head teacher of Tolworth High School in Kingston, and Mina Mawson, manager of the Youth Education Support Service, which helps children who have been excluded from school.
