Changing role of women over the last 100 years

This year is the centennary of the peaceful dissolution of the union between Sweden and Norway.

To mark this occasion, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London is putting on an exhibition of the wardrobe of Queen Maud, the first Queen of Norway and daughter of Britain's King Edward VII. Corinne Julius has been to Oslo to find out more about her.

But how has the position of women in Norway changed over the last 100 years? According to the United Nations Human Development Report, Norway has been ranked the world's leading nation in the field of gender equality.

Jenni talks to Norway's deputy minister of Foreign Affairs, Sylvi Graham and to Long Litt Woon, who is director of the Centre for Gender Equality in Norway.
