Is the law now discriminating against men?

Gateshead Council is giving a pay-out to female employees but not to the men who work alongside them. It's all to do with the legal complexities of equal pay and sex discrimination, which this time seems to be discriminating against the men.

Jenni explores this conundrum with Colin Smith from the GMB and Julie Mellor from the Equal Opportunities Commission.
