Legal battle of the sexes18 November 2004
does Family Law need an overhaul?

Is it men or women who are at a disadvantage when it comes to divorce? Some of the country's top judges, lawyers and politicians will be debating the question at the Law Society's annual conference on Family Law. Dubbed 'the battle of the sexes' it'll ask if the law needs an overhaul.

Jenni discusses the issues with Marilyn Stowe who says men get a raw deal, and David Hannah who says they don't.
