Second Hand Clothes1 October 2004

Do you have the eye for style on a shoe string?

Send us your photos - see below

As London Fashion Week draws to a close the ‘vintage’ look still features prominently on the catwalk and Stella McCartney, Nicole Kidman and Madonna are not averse to a rummage through the second hand rails.

Martha asks top stylist, Ceril Campbell and Oxfam shop manager, Yasmin Wells, how second hand clothing made it onto the catwalks of the world?

And reporter Meryl O'Rourke (pictured) went to her local high street with £20 and put together a wedding outfit entirely from second hand and charity shop items.

Do you have a fabulous second hand outfit of which you are really proud and bought for no more than £20? Send us a photograph of you wearing it and the best ones will appear on this website.

Email your photos to Womans Hour
