One in three of us are victims of panic attacks, a terrifying feeling which can leave us gasping for breath and hearts pounding.

So what causes them? And why are more people seeking advice and support for their condition than ever before?

Jenni talks to clinical psychologist, Malcolm McFadyen, and to Paulette Balcombe, founder of Healing Hope, a charity which offers advice and support to panic attack sufferers.
