A vital resource for women or a poor substitute for real relationships?

Are you too busy to go for coffee with a friend? Do you find it hard to meet like-minded people in your local community? If so, maybe you’re one of the thousands of women logging onto internet message boards and discussion groups.


Martha asks Emma O’Connell, founder of Baby Greenhouse and Dr Gillian Youngs from the University of Leicester what these online communities have to offer and whether they can ever be a substitute for the real thing.
