Italian cooking couples12 Mar 2004
Professors in Britain may have come up with a mathematical equation which adds up to the perfect marriage, but in Italy they're returning to the poetic language of food for help in marriage counselling.

The small town of Finale Emilia, near one of Italy's most famous culinary capitals, Bologna, has come up with its own answer to relationship therapy. Cuciniamo con amore or 'Cooking with love' is the brain child of the local council. It's a cookery course for couples, that aims to stop her slaving over a hot stove while he puts his feet up in front of the television.

Dany Mitzman has been along to see whether cooking together is the secret to a long and happy marriage.
