Top chefs are putting that most traditional of pudding staples, the rhubarb, back on the menu.

This week sees the launch of the Wakefield Rhubarb Festival. Jenni is joined by Janet Oldroyd Hume who runs one of the largest rhubarb forcing sheds in the world - and finds just what a versatile vegetable it can be with new recipes from Grace Mulligan.
