Anti-social Behaviour OrdersThursday 29 January 2004
More anti-social behaviour orders are served in Manchester than in any other part of the UK. They are the only injunction that can be used on juveniles and their application has been strengthened by new legislation which came into force this month.

Known as ASBOs they are greeted by many as a vital tool in the fight to redeem areas where vandalism and intimidation are all too common.
Sharon Moore of the Children's Society and Bill Pitt, head of Nuisance Strategy Group at Manchester City Council join Jenni to discuss the impact of these orders on community life.
