One of the best things about Christmas is that it gives us a perfect excuse to go shopping and spend lots of money without having to feel guilty about it.
But if you're someone that normally struggles with the temptation presented by a row of shops, imagine June Robson's quandry when she became the Anglican chaplain of one of the largest shopping centres in Europe earlier this year!
A self confessed shopaholic, June is in spiritual charge of the Metrocentre in Gateshead, which has more than 300 shops, 50 restaurants, a cinema and a funfair - making it larger than the average church community, especially at this time of year. Lesley Hilton went to meet her.
