The British government has appointed a gender advisor in Iraq. Mandana Hendessi has been in Baghdad since September working to ensure that Iraqi women have a voice and can participate in the democratic structure.

But whilst there are still daily attacks in Iraq, is it appropriate to do this now? Jenni discusses the issues with Mandana Hendessi and John Bercow MP.
