Abortion at 24 weeks for a cleft palateTuesday 25 November 2003
On 1 December, Joanna Jepson, a recently ordained reverend from Chester, will return to the high court for the third time, demanding a judicial review of the law relating to 'late abortions' which are those terminations allowed past 24 weeks.

Jenni is joined by Joanna Jepson to talk about what led her to take this case to court and Ann Furedi, the Chief Executive of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service with Kypros Nicolaides, Professor of Foetal Medicine to discuss the issues around this sensitive subject.
