The Equal Opportunities Commission is to be replaced. The Government is planning a single body, The Commission for Equality and Human Rights, to replace the EOC, the Commission for Racial Equality and the Disability Rights Commission.

The exact plans are to be laid out in a Government White Paper to be launched next June.
But should we be concerned? Is it better to fight human rights or women's rights?
Joan Smith and Sarah Spencer join Jenni to discuss.
