From an eighty one year old Yiddish actress, a ninety-two year old retired cleaner and a sixty seven year old Somalian health worker.

Just three of the remarkable women featured in a new exhibition at the Women's Library looking at the lives of older women in the East End of London.
Anne Power, author of Eastenders, Family and Community in East London and Eastender Hilary Woodburn join Jenni to discuss what life is like for mothers living in the East End.
'Keeping Pace: Older Women of the East End' exhibition at the Women's Library, Old Castle Street, London E1 until 30 August 2003, entrance is free.
