Imprisoned Women in IraqTuesday 27 May 2003
Maysoon Abd El-Ghani was a senior manager at the Central Bank Of Iraq. She became concerned by the behaviour of Saddam's son-in-law who began printing money in an erratic manner, threatening the stability of the currency. But when she expressed her worries she was imprisoned for five years, spending the first year in solitary confinement.

Woman's Hour hears Maysoon's story.
