Maternity Services for Disabled WomenFriday 25 April 2003
2003 has been designated the European Year of Disabled People.

A new consultation document for the Disabled Parents Network says that pregnant women with disabilities are not getting the maternity care that they should despite the duty of care under the Disability discrimination act of 1995.
Michelle Wates, author of the new report for the Disabled Parents Network and Merryl Thomas join Sheila to discuss what needs to change.
