Sarah Etonge is known as the Queen of the Mountain - mount Cameroon in West Africa that is.

One of the toughest sporting events in the world takes competitors up and down 42 kilometres of the highest mountain in West Africa.
The Mount Cameroon Race attracts athletes from all over the world, but there's only one person whose name is synonymous with this great event. Jo Foster caught up with Sarah just before the race.
