Last year Ann Patchett won the Orange Prize for Fiction for her novel Bel Canto.

However her debut novel, Patron Saint of Liars, published in the US in 1992, is about to be published in Britain next week, for the first time.
Ann Patchett joins Martha to talk about her life and work.
