Patricia WilliamsThursday 13 February 2003
The Oxford Amnesty Lectures were launched in 1992 by a group of Amnesty International supporters living in Oxford. They are an independent educational charity with one of its main objectives being to raise money for Amnesty from ticket sales and subsequent publication of their educational lecture series.

Professor Patricia Williams, who delivered the BBC Reith Lectures of 1997, will be lecturing in this years Oxford Amnesty 2003 series. She also happens to be the first black woman to do so.
Professor Patricia Williams joins Sheila to talk about her choice of subject.
