Afghan Doctor
We will be hearing the extraordinary story of Dr Nilab Mobarez, an Afghan surgeon, exiled in Paris, who last year chose to go back to Afghanistan to try to rebuild the country's shattered health care system.

It was an emotional homecoming for her - when she found her medical school was little more than a bomb site and the Kabul Chest Hospital where she had worked as a war surgeon, was almost completely destroyed.
Nine months later Nilab has a new project up and running - flying seriously ill children back to France for life saving operations.
We join her on one of these journeys.
