Recent research by AXA Insurance confirmed what some of us have longed presumed - that women are 20% more likely to be overcharged by tradesmen than men asking for the same job to be done.

Sandy Rhys-Jones, who runs an organisation called Change The Face of Construction and Rachel Epson, an electrician, join Martha to discuss why women continue to be vulnerable and why the industry image makes so many of its customers nervous.
