Ballet is the New YogaTuesday 17 December 2002
You only had to see Margot Fonteyn or Alicia Markova on the telly or read Ballet Shoe for the umpteenth time to re-awaken every little girls dream - of dancing Swan Lake at Covent Garden.

Ballet is said to be the new yoga and its coming to a gym near you. Anna Bailey learns how to become a sugar plum fairy.
