School and Eating DisordersMonday 11 November 2002
Are schools, especially single sex girls' schools and girls' boarding schools becoming a hot bed for eating disorders? How much should the school be responsible for their pupils' eating habits, or is this a matter for the parents only?

Jenni talks to Jessica Sidgwick who shares her experience of having anorexia when she was at boarding school, and Simone Black, Youth Service & Education Liaison Officer at the Eating Disorders Association discusses why young people are prone to suffer from these conditions.
