Not many people move house to be near a particular store, but the food writer Nigel Slater did.
He wanted to be within walking distance of Patricia Michelson's temple to cheese, La Fromagerie in North London. She started up the shop 8 years ago and has watched interest in cheese and cheese cookery grow over the years.
Simon Parkes spent the day with her to find out what the fuss is about and how to make the perfect cheese fondue.
