Tuesday 15 October 2002
Listen to this item
Choosing a career for the rest of your life is stressful enough for any teenager but for those with learning disabilities it can be a disheartening experience which puts strain on all the family.
New research has shown that around half of young people with learning disabilities don't feel involved in planning their future.
Jenni speaks to Robina Mallett of the Home Farm Trust and asks her why young people aren't getting the support they need.
How much support do young people and parents receive? Please email us to tell us your thoughts.
