Ruby WaxTuesday 1 October 2002
Ruby Wax always wanted to be famous but she never realised what it would cost her emotionally.

In her autobiography, How Do You Want Me she talks about how her relationship with her violent parents made her crave attention from everybody, due to the lack of it at home. Also how it made her question her own role as a mother and eventually lead to a nervous breakdown.
Ruby Wax joins Jenni to talk about the book.
How Do You Want Me by Ruby Wax, published by Ebury Press; ISBN: 0091886627
