We all know now that a healthy, balanced diet has to include at least five servings of fruit or vegetables every day. But it's actually not that easy to achieve.

If you're struggling for new and interesting ways to serve vegetables you should pay heed to Diana Henry.
In the latest in our series of recipes from her new book Crazy Water, Pickled Lemons she has beefed up roast vegetables with homemade yoghurt cheese and an exotic relish called 'Zhug'.
Anna McNamee was hanging about her kitchen hoping for scraps.
