The big stars of English and Indian cricket slugged it out this weekend in the first Test - that's the first test between England and India's female cricket teams.

Of course, there was a time when tea and biscuits rather than bat and ball were the domain of women on the cricket pitch. Over the years though, women's cricket has gained in popularity and stature - and for the first time a woman has graduated from Britain's Cricket Centre of Excellence at Durham.
