Ruby TurnerTuesday 6 August 2002
As a child Ruby Turner won a beauty contest wearing her Sunday School best.

In her teens she talked herself into a local theatre's production by the sheer power of her personality.
Her career has encompassed the pop group Culture Club, the West End stage, and Eastenders. Throughout, her motivation has been a desire to entertain.
Ruby Turner joins Sheila to talk more about life and career and performs live.
Ruby Turner is one of four acts singing in the Divas Season at the Donmar Warehouse (Box Office: 020 7369 1732) from the 5th to 31st of August.
