Women MP's are about to launch a Bill to try to change the rape laws consent laws. Jenni talks to Vera Baird QC MP who is one of the Labour MPs pushing for these legal changes and to leading Defence Barrister Christina Gorna.
They'll discuss the question 'is it rape if a man doesn't clarify with a woman outright whether she wants sex'.
