Tara FitzgeraldFriday 10 May 2002
Tara Fitzgerald first came to the fore on TV when she played Polly in The Camomile Lawn. Since then, she's been in numerous films, including Brassed Off and Sirens.

Her latest role is in Dark Blue World which tells the story of 400 Czech pilots who escaped the Germans and flew with the RAF. In it, Tara plays a housewife who becomes love object to two of the pilots.
Martha speaks to Tara about women's sacrifices during the war and her experiences making the film.
