Amanda HoldenTuesday 23 April 2002
Since the mid 90s, Amanda Holden has been vying for the title of Britain's most popular actress. She has received critical acclaim for roles in the drama series, Hearts and Bones and sitcom, Kiss Me Kate.

Now she may be set for another success in Cutting It, a new drama for BBC1 set in two rival hairdressing salons.
She tells Jenni why she insists on playing women who get dumped and why she and husband, Les Dennis, recently renewed their marriage vows in Las Vegas.
Cutting It, BBC1, Tuesdays at 9pm
