There's been a definite feeling of spring in the air over the last couple of weeks - and if you enjoy gardening you've probably jumped at the chance to get out and get your fingers dirty.
But for some of us, the garden is nothing more than a continuous source of guilt - the shrubs aren't pruned, the grass is mossy and the weeds are already threatening to take over. So it is with Alison Sparkes.
