The issue of sexual harassment in the workplace has long been recognised.

Yet despite some high profile prosecutions of coaches who have taken advantage of athletes in their care, there has been very little concern about sexual exploitation in sport.
A special child protection unit is launched today by the NSPCC and Sport England.
Jenni talks to its director Steve Boocock and Professor Celia Brackenridge, Head of the Leisure and Sport Research Unit at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education, and asks why has it taken so long for this problem to be addressed.
